Advertisers do not acquire the right to influence independent journalistic reporting.
Materials, rights and approvals

Permitted statutory limitations and exceptions, including lawful quotation, remain unaffected. Links and brief quotations are permitted only within the limits established by law and with appropriate attribution.
A separate written license is required for the use of Noatte materials.
By submitting materials, users warrant that they possess the necessary rights to submit them and have obtained all required consents and permissions.
Unless otherwise specifically agreed, the submission of an editorial tip or information does not guarantee publication or compensation.
If content is accepted for publication, the scope, duration, territorial coverage, channels of use, and any applicable compensation shall be determined by a separate written agreement.
Authors retain all rights that have not been validly assigned or licensed.
Changes and cancellation
Product specifications, actual availability, delivery countries, applicable charges, return conditions and technical characteristics of digital content shall be displayed alongside the relevant product before purchase.

Each brand has its own focus and maintains independent editorial decision-making. The submission of a collaboration proposal does not constitute acceptance or create any obligation to publish content or provide funding.
Potential collaborations may include independent editorial coverage, media partnerships for events, photography and video coverage, distribution of approved content, interviews, promotional music projects, co-productions, sponsorships, archival content licensing, guest contributors, student and freelance opportunities, and cross-media content exchanges, subject to clearly defined rights and permissions.

Special offers
Photographic and video files may be offered for single-use editorial purposes, repeated commercial use, campaigns, archival use or exclusive use only where expressly stated.
An editorial licence does not constitute permission for advertising or merchandising.
The purchaser is responsible for verifying any additional requirements concerning image and likeness rights, privacy, trademarks, event organisers' rights, music rights and other permissions, subject to the allocation of responsibilities under the relevant agreement.
Mandatory attribution shall be determined by the licence. Unauthorised removal of copyright notices is prohibited.
A watermarked image or preview does not constitute a licence.
Withdrawal of a photograph due to an infringement of rights does not release the parties from their statutory obligations or claims that have already arisen.

Before payment, consumers shall be informed of the trader's identity, the main characteristics of the products, prices, taxes, delivery costs, delivery restrictions, payment methods and expected delivery times.
The risk of accidental loss of or damage to goods shall pass to the consumer in accordance with applicable law, generally upon physical receipt of the goods.
Product unavailability shall be addressed by informing the purchaser and refunding the amount received where required by law or contract.

Digital photographs, video files, music promotional packages and other digital content shall be supplied in the format, resolution and with the functionality and compatibility specified in the offer.
Technical protection measures and any applicable access periods shall be disclosed in advance.
For a consumer to lose the 14-day right of withdrawal in relation to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, specific statutory requirements must be fulfilled, including the consumer's prior express consent to the commencement of supply, acknowledgement of the resulting loss of the right of withdrawal, and appropriate confirmation.
Downloading content does not automatically remove consumer rights.
